All municipal charges and invoices issued by EACML are currently payable through designated EACML bank accounts. The applicable bank account details and payment instructions will be provided on the invoice or through official EACML communication channels.

Making a Payment
When making a payment, users should ensure that the correct invoice reference and applicable payment details are used so that the payment can be properly identified and allocated to the relevant account or property.

Payment Confirmation
Users are advised to retain their bank payment evidence or transaction confirmation after making a payment. Payments are subject to verification and reconciliation before being reflected against the corresponding invoice on the Municipal Portal.

Approved Payment Channels
Payments should only be made to officially designated EACML bank accounts communicated through the Municipal Portal, issued invoices, or other authorised EACML channels. Users should exercise caution and verify payment details before making any transfer.

Future Digital Payment Options
EACML is working towards expanding its payment infrastructure to provide secure and convenient digital payment options through an integrated payment gateway. Once implemented, users will be able to make eligible municipal payments directly through the Municipal Portal using approved electronic payment methods.

For issues relating to payment verification, incorrect payment details, unallocated payments, or outstanding invoices after payment has been made, users should contact the EACML Municipal Services team through the designated support channels.
