Billing and Invoicing

Invoices for municipal services are automatically generated through the EACML Municipal Portal based on the applicable property, service, or municipal charge. Once an invoice is generated, it is electronically issued and sent to the registered property owner, resident, business, or other designated account holder.

Automated Billing
The municipal portal streamlines the billing process by automatically generating invoices when charges become due. This ensures that bills are issued consistently and that applicable charges are properly associated with the relevant property or account.

Invoice Delivery
Generated invoices are sent electronically to the registered email address associated with the account. Users are therefore encouraged to ensure that their contact and property information on the Municipal Portal is accurate and up to date.

Payment
Each invoice contains the relevant billing details, including the amount payable, billing period, invoice reference, and applicable payment instructions. Payments can be made through the approved payment channels provided on the Municipal Portal.

Billing Records
Invoices and payment records are maintained electronically through the Municipal Portal, allowing users to access their billing history and keep track of outstanding and completed payments.

Outstanding Bills
Where an invoice remains unpaid after the applicable due date, late-payment provisions or other enforcement measures may apply in accordance with the relevant municipal requirements and applicable agreements.

Billing Support
For questions regarding an invoice, incorrect billing information, payment status, or account details, users should contact the EACML Municipal Services team through the designated support channels.
