The EACML Municipal Sticker is an approved vehicle identification credential used as part of the city's access control and vehicle management system. Eligible vehicles operating within Eko Atlantic City are required to obtain and properly display the applicable Municipal Sticker where required.
Sticker Registration
Vehicle owners or authorised users may apply for a Municipal Sticker through the designated EACML registration process. The vehicle and user information submitted during registration must be accurate and correspond with the records maintained on the Municipal Portal.
Proper Display
Approved Municipal Stickers must be displayed in the designated location on the vehicle and kept clearly visible for inspection at access points. Stickers should not be covered, altered, damaged, or positioned in a manner that prevents security personnel or access control systems from identifying them.
Access Control
The Municipal Sticker assists security personnel in identifying vehicles that have been registered and authorised to operate within the city. Depending on the applicable access requirements, presentation or display of a valid Municipal Sticker may be required in addition to other access credentials such as an E-Tag, OTP Gate Pass, or EAC ID Card.
Validity and Vehicle Changes
Municipal Stickers are associated with the registered vehicle for which they were issued and should not be transferred to another vehicle. Where a vehicle is sold, replaced, transferred, or otherwise changes status, the sticker record should be updated through the appropriate EACML process.
Lost or Damaged Stickers
Lost, damaged, defaced, or stolen Municipal Stickers should be reported promptly to EACML. The existing sticker may be deactivated and a replacement issued following the required verification process.
Compliance
Vehicles without the required Municipal Sticker, or vehicles displaying an invalid, altered, or improperly assigned sticker, may be subject to additional verification or access restrictions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle's Municipal Sticker remains valid, properly displayed, and associated with the correct vehicle.
Responsible Use
Municipal Stickers are issued for authorised municipal access and identification purposes. They must not be duplicated, reproduced, transferred, or otherwise misused, and any attempt to circumvent the city's vehicle access control requirements may result in appropriate enforcement action.
