Getting Started

Getting started on the Municipal Portal begins with creating an account via https://municipalservices.eacml.com/onboard/ and providing the information required to verify your relationship with a property.

Create Your Account
To begin the onboarding process, you will be required to provide:

• First Name 
• Last Name 
• Email Address
• Phone Number 

If you are creating the account on behalf of a company or organisation, you will also be required to provide the company name.

Select Your Property
During registration, you will be required to select the property you are linked to.

If you are linked to multiple properties, you do not need to create a separate account for each property. One account is sufficient. Once your account has been verified, you can add your other properties to the same account.

Account Review
After you submit your information, the Municipal Portal team will begin the verification and review process.

The review usually takes up to 24 hours. Once the review is completed, an email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration with the outcome of your application.

If Your Account Is Verified
If your account is successfully verified, you will receive a welcome email containing instructions and a link to set your password and log in to the Municipal Portal.

Once logged in, you can access the services and features available to you based on your verified account and property relationship.

If Your Account Is Not Verified
If your account cannot be verified, you will receive an email explaining the next steps required to complete your onboarding or resolve any issues identified during the review.
