Contractor & Vendor Access

Eko Atlantic City operates a controlled access system for contractors, vendors, technicians, service providers, and other third parties carrying out authorised work or providing services within the city. Access is granted based on the purpose of the visit, the organisation or property being serviced, and the applicable EACML access requirements.

Contractor & Vendor Registration
Contractors and vendors requiring regular access to the city may be required to complete the designated registration process and provide relevant company, personnel, and vehicle information. Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date throughout the period of engagement.

Access Authorisation
Access is granted only to contractors and vendors who have been properly authorised by the relevant resident, property owner, business, developer, or EACML department. Depending on the nature and duration of the engagement, the appropriate access credential may include an EAC Identification Card, OTP Gate Pass, Municipal Sticker, or E-Tag.

Personnel Identification
Contractor and vendor personnel may be required to present a valid identification or access credential at designated entry points. Individuals must use only credentials issued or authorised for them and may be subject to additional verification by EACML security personnel.

Vehicle Access
Vehicles used by contractors and vendors must comply with the applicable vehicle registration and access requirements. Where an E-Tag, Municipal Sticker, or other vehicle credential is required, it must be properly registered and associated with the vehicle for which it was issued.

Site and Work Requirements
Contractors and vendors must comply with applicable EACML requirements relating to construction activities, work hours, traffic management, health and safety, waste management, and protection of public infrastructure. Additional permits or approvals may be required depending on the nature of the work being undertaken.

Access Control and Security
EACML security personnel may verify personnel, vehicles, access credentials, and the purpose of the visit at any access point. Access may be restricted or denied where registration is incomplete, credentials are invalid, the visit is unauthorised, or applicable security requirements have not been met.

Responsibility and Compliance
Contractors, vendors, and their personnel are expected to comply with all applicable municipal and security requirements while operating within Eko Atlantic City. The organisation or party engaging the contractor or vendor is responsible for ensuring that its authorised personnel and service providers comply with the applicable access requirements.

Expired or Terminated Access
Access privileges should be withdrawn or updated when a contractor's or vendor's engagement ends, personnel change, or the purpose for which access was granted no longer applies. EACML may deactivate access credentials that are expired, inactive, or no longer associated with an authorised engagement.
